Our Why
Most leadership programs teach the wrong thing.

That’s the problem we built Awakening Performance to solve. Not a lack of capability. A lack of access to it.

After 25 years leading professional services organizations at Dell, Rackspace, and Experian — including growing a startup-acquired team to $22M in recurring revenue — Lisa learned something most leadership programs never teach: under enough pressure, even experienced leaders lose access to the judgment they’ve spent decades building.
She left corporate to build the program she needed and never found. Awakening Performance is the result.
When not working, you can find Lisa running, exploring new meditation techniques, or mentoring others on their personal and professional journeys. Her mission is to inspire individuals to achieve balance, purpose, and excellence in all aspects of life.
