1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Mindful Corporate Mastery’s corporate training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Payment Policies
All fees for the corporate training program must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified on our website. Late payments may incur a penalty fee.

3. Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the program start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled program.

4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of the corporate training program, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and software, are the intellectual property of Mindful Corporate Mastery and are protected by copyright laws. Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without our prior written consent.

5. Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the corporate training program. This includes but is not limited to trade secrets, business strategies, and client data.

6. Limitation of Liability
Mindful Corporate Mastery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the corporate training program. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the participant for the program.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mindful Corporate Mastery is located. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Amendments
Mindful Corporate Mastery reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
