Mindful Corporate Mastery Refund Policy

At Mindful Corporate Mastery, we are committed to providing high-quality mindfulness, leadership, and performance coaching services. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our programs, digital products, or services.

1. Digital Products and Online Programs

Due to the digital nature of our offerings (including but not limited to virtual programs, downloadable resources, and pre-recorded sessions), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these products once access has been granted.

2. Live Virtual Programs and Workshops

We understand that schedules can change. If you are unable to attend a live session or workshop:

  • You may request a credit to attend a future session, provided the request is made at least 5 business days before the session start date.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 5 business days in advance.
3. Private Coaching and Corporate Services

For one-on-one or corporate engagements:

  • If cancellation is made 7 or more days before the scheduled session or project start date, a full refund (minus processing fees) may be issued.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund, but a rescheduling option may be provided based on availability.
4. Program Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our coaching. If you are participating in a multi-week paid program (such as the Awakening Performance program) and are not satisfied within the first 7 days, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@mindfulcorporatemastery.com with the reason for your request. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or reschedule a session, please contact our support team at support@mindfulcorporatemastery.com with your full name, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We will respond within 2–3 business days.
